Unveiled at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026, the integration seamlessly brings continuous quality, freshness, and anomaly signals directly into the data assets that teams already curate inside ServiceNow — augmenting the catalog into a single, trusted surface for both data discovery and data trust.
Built on the DQLabs platform and its four-pillar framework (Observe, Measure, Discover, Remediate), the integration is enabled in minutes from the DQLabs integration settings for Catalog. A secure API token establishes the connection, and administrators choose a sync cadence — minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months — to keep the catalog continuously current with the health of every governed asset.
