Marketing Manager, Product Marketing

As the Product Marketing Manager, you are agile, accurate and thoughtful, and can recognize the potential bigger picture and what is needed to be the most effective in terms of reaching a variety of audiences. From product and customer marketing to content marketing and sales enablement, you’ll own the bottom of the funnel. You will work closely with our head of marketing and founders, but should expect to collaborate with the whole DQLabs team.

You will be joining a growing marketing team whose goal is to influence and drive business growth for DQLabs. This role is a new function that will be responsible for executing on our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to build remarkable product launches for the DQLabs platform, enable a rapidly growing sales organization, and evangelize Modern Data Quality to the market.

Location – United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create value propositions and messaging strategies that set DQLabs apart from the rest of the market and resonate with our target personas and buying audience
  • Create world-class content and campaigns focused on the customer journey and buyer needs
  • Write compelling long-form content that educates our target market throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Repurpose existing content to maximize our return on investment
  • Craft compelling press releases to help us earn media coverage by relevant industry publications
  • Write engaging short-form copy that empowers the team to drive brand awareness across social media and community channels
  • Develop product launches, and feature releases from concept to announcement to adoption
  • Create and launch sales enablement, playbooks, and tools and collateral that support our sales and customer success teams
  • Audit our marketing programs, analyze past performance data, and keep tabs on industry trends to identify gaps in our strategies and opportunities for improvement

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years experience executing marketing programs in a B2B software environment, experience at an early-stage company is a plus
  • Experience in then Data and Analytics industry is a plus
  • BS/BA degree
  • Highly analytical thinker that thrives when allowed to break down problems and make data-driven recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical features and functionality into compelling value statements and narratives
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates a commitment to publishing quality content, such as ebooks, white papers, blog posts and event presentations
  • You have proven experience search engine optimization
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with others
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to execute many programs at once and strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and collaborative environment where people are driven
  • Always looking to push the envelope and think differently
  • Good problem solving skills and comfortable in a technical environment
