Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will play an integral role in driving target audience engagement and helping DQLabs GTM teams achieve pipeline creation goals. You will be responsible for writing, executing, and project managing demand generation campaigns through channels like webinars, content syndication, paid social and email. You will also manage vendor relationships to support our third-party program development and execution.

As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be joining a growing marketing team whose goal is to influence and drive business growth for DQLabs. This role is a new function that will be responsible for managing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that support the digital marketing strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, a strong communicator, and an experienced demand generation copywriter. You will work closely with our head of marketing and founders, but should expect to collaborate wit\h the whole DQLabs team.

Location – United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our third-party webinar programs, including scheduling, securing speakers, supporting landing page development, promoting on social media, managing lead uploads, and writing follow-up emails
  • Coordinate all prospect and customer-facing, DQLabs-hosted webinar activities from planning to launch to follow-up
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Operations Manager for the technical execution of all DQLabs programs, including all promotional activities to our database
  • Manage execution of content syndication, paid search, and paid social programs
  • Schedule regular social media updates on our channels
  • Monitor and engage our audience online, including research to identify new referral traffic channels and social media opportunities
  • Support copywriting and editing for additional digital channels including website, paid social, email nurture programs, and email batch campaigns
  • Create ongoing enablement materials for our sales development team to drive the most value possible from your programs
  • Communicate all programs with internal stakeholders from promotions through results
  • Audit our marketing programs, analyze past performance data, and keep tabs on industry trends to identify gaps in our strategies and opportunities for improvement

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years experience executing marketing programs in a B2B software environment, experience at an early-stage company is a plus
  • Experience in then Data and Analytics industry is a plus
  • BS/BA degree
  • Experience managing third party vendor relationships
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, including samples of your work you can share
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to execute many programs at once and strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated learner who constantly looks for new ways to improve their marketing knowledge, program performance, and understanding of how everything works together to hit our business objectives
  • Agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and collaborative environment where people are driven
  • Good problem solving skills and comfortable in a technical environment
  • Proficient in Google suite and Hubspot
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Webex, GoToWebinar, or Zoom
